Digital Marketing (Specialist/Manager/Executive – Specify Level) – CH-Ryder Group
Job Summary:
CH-Ryder Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing [Specialist/Manager/Executive] to develop and execute our digital marketing strategies. This role will be crucial in enhancing our online presence, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging our target audience.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing plans encompassing SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and potentially other relevant channels, aligned with CH-Ryder Group’s business goals.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research relevant to our industry and target audience in Ghana, optimize website content and structure, build local backlinks, and monitor SEO performance to improve organic search rankings.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC): Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, focusing on reaching the Ghanaian market effectively and efficiently.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage engaging social media content and campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, potentially Instagram or Twitter depending on your target audience in Ghana) to build brand presence, engage with customers, and drive relevant traffic.
Content Marketing: Create or oversee the creation of valuable and relevant content (blog posts, articles, case studies, social media updates, etc.) tailored to the Ghanaian market and our target audience.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with existing clients, and promote our services or offerings within Ghana.
Website Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
Stay Up-to-Date with Digital Trends in Ghana: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior within the Ghanaian online landscape.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments within CH-Ryder Group to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage Budgets: Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on the Ghanaian market is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with the Ghanaian digital landscape and online consumer behavior is an advantage.
