Job Summary:
CH-Ryder Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Officer to serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, dedicated to providing exceptional client service and fostering client loyalty. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison between CH-Ryder Group and assigned client accounts, building rapport and trust.
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand Client Needs and Objectives: Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Work diligently to address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Manage Client Communication: Prepare and deliver clear and professional written and verbal communication, including reports, presentations, and regular updates.
- Track and Monitor Account Performance: Monitor key account metrics, identify trends, and proactively address any potential issues.
- Identify Opportunities for Growth: Explore opportunities to expand services or solutions within existing client accounts.
- Facilitate Contract Renewals and Upselling: Support the renewal process and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services.
- Maintain Accurate Client Records: Ensure all client interactions, agreements, and relevant information are accurately documented in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
